Body Logic Physiotherapy is a multi-disciplinary centre of excellence that specialises in the complete management and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders.

The practice is under the directorship of:

Associate Professor Peter O'Sullivan who is internationally renown as a leading Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and researcher into musculoskeletal pain disorders at Curtin University.

Chris Perkin who is a leading Specialist Sports Physiotherapist who specialises in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries.  Chris is also works for the West Coast Eagles and is consultant for WAIS.

Dr Judith Thompson who is a leading Continence and Women's Health Physitoherapist with an international reputation for her pioneering work in the use of real time ultrasound in the diagnosis and management of continence and pelvic floor muscle pain disorders.

It is our interest to manage the cause of your disorder rather than just treat your symptoms.

It means that we take the time to establish the history of your problem before undertaking a thorough clinical examination and arriving at a diagnosis and management plan appropriate for you.

Our highly skilled practitioners are here for the long term, allowing you to benefit from a continuity of care that is critical in your management.

All the physiotherapists at Body Logic Physiotherapy have undergone post graduate training and have extensive experience and expertise.

Our physiotherapists are involved in a regular education program under the supervision of Dr Peter O'Sullivan.

Recently four of our physiotherapists underwent advanced clinical training and successfully achieved the status as Specialist Physiotherapist.

WHAT IS A SPECIALIST PHYSIOTHERAPIST?

This is a physiotherapist who has achieved advanced specialised training and successfully completed clinical and oral examinations, to be admitted as a fellow to the Australia College of Physiotherapists.

Specialisation is awarded in a specific area.  At Body Logic we have two musculoskeletal specialists and two sports specialists.

There are only 50 specialist physiotherapists nationally.
